Lifetime Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, Mountain West Offroad offers a limited lifetime warranty on all products. This warranty covers defects or damages for the life of the product, excluding cosmetic wear which does not affect the core functionality of the part.
Initiating a warranty request
To initiate a warranty request simply fill out the form on our Contact page or send an email to info@mountainwestoffroad.com with the subject line "Warranty request". Describe your issue in as much detail as possible and provide your order number in the body of the contact form. Please also include a photo of the damaged part. If your part meets our criteria, we will send you a return mailing label and ship you a brand new part upon arrival of your return free of charge. If your product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a comparable product line, or refund you the original purchase price.
If your product is eligible for a refund but not a replacement, we will send you a follow-up email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive the funds back to your original payment method.
Return Policy

We have complete confidence in the quality, durability, and functionality of our products. Mountain West Offroad offers a 90-day no questions asked return policy which covers dissatisfaction with our products for any reason.
Buy any of our products today, use them for 89 days, and if you're unhappy just cover return shipping and we'll refund you the original cost of your order upon arrival of your part. You do not need to include disposable items such as original packaging materials or installation tools to be eligible for this return policy. We accept damaged or defective returns without question during this period.
